Job summary

CPM Ireland is recruiting for a Field Sales Representative for Electric Ireland. You will drive residential sales in your territory by meeting customers in their homes and presenting energy solutions from Ireland’s leading energy provider.

This role offers a clear path to earnings growth through an uncapped bonus and seasonal incentives. With a base salary of €28,000, a €5,000 car allowance or company vehicle, plus a €2,000 loyalty bonus and daily lunch allowance, the package rewards

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluent English.
• Proven ability to meet targets in a sales environment.
• Comfortable engaging with customers in home visits.
• Must have a Full Clean Driver's Licence.

Essential Requirements:

Full Clean Driver's Licence

Professional approach with strong listening skills and the ability to build trust quickly

Flexibility to work Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Proven track record of achieving targets in sales or a similarly demanding environment
