Job summary

CPM Ireland & MSF is seeking Fundraising Ambassadors to engage communities across Ireland, sharing MSF’s life-saving work and inspiring ongoing support.

You’ll travel nationwide, speak with the public, and represent the charity in a professional, friendly manner. Base salary €26,000–€27,000 with uncapped commission and OTE €38,000+. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required. Fully paid training and ongoing coaching are provided.

This is not your average desk job. You'll be out in communities across Ireland, having meaningful conversations, sharing the life-saving work of MSF, and inspiring people to support a cause that changes lives around the world.

No fundraising experience? No problem. We provide fully paid training from day one, giving you all the tools and support you need to succeed.

Please note: A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.

Requirements
