We’re looking for aField Marketing Managerto shape and execute high-impact offline marketing initiatives across Europe. From trade shows to experiential activations, you’ll bring together creativity, data, and collaboration to ensure that every touchpoint leads somewhere meaningful.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead the charge on offline demand generation—from events and partnerships to campaigns that drive awareness and quality leads across key European markets.
  • Manage and nurture the EU lead pipeline, ensuring seamless qualification and conversion across France, Spain, and Ireland.
  • Own campaign operations in Salesforce—tracking, reporting, and optimising every step for ROI clarity.
  • Empower sales teams with tools, insights, and data to enhance conversion and revenue impact.
  • Plan and execute industry events that don’t just stand out—but stand for something.
  • Collaborate across teams to align messaging, creative, and analytics under one cohesive strategy.
  • Continuously analyse performance to refine, improve, and scale success.
What you bring:
  • 4–6 years in lead generation, demand generation, or field marketing.
  • A proven record of success with offline campaigns and event marketing.
  • Strong grasp of pipeline management and marketing–sales alignment.
  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo).
  • Analytical precision and a passion for linking creativity to measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborative energy and stakeholder confidence across teams and markets.
  • Strategic vision matched with the ability to roll up your sleeves and make it happen.
  • Clear, confident communication—in every language that matters.

This opportunity is a 12 month contract, paying up to €89,000 per annum pro rata, Fully remote in Ireland / Hybrid option in Dublin.
