Job summary

ADT, a Johnson Controls company, is seeking a Fire & Security Installation Engineer to cover Cork and other locations as a field-based role. You will install Fire Alarm and Security Systems, deliver quality customer service, and support system setup while maintaining safety and efficiency across projects.

Qualifications

• Essential Experience within the Fire & Security industry.
• Full, clean driving licence.
• Ability to lift equipment and climb ladders safely.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Install Fire Alarm and Security Systems to industry standards.
• Ensure high-quality delivery and a strong customer experience.
• Support system setup and ensure installations are completed safely and efficiently.
• Contribute to a high-performing engineering team.
• Install Fire and/or Security systems in line with industry standards and ADT procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Work safely, protecting yourself, colleagues, property, and equipment.
• Prioritise workload effectively to ensure efficient job completion.
• Complete all relevant documentation including engineer reports, handover certificates, and checklists.
