Qualifications

Summary

Female Manuafcturing Engineering Apprentice participates in a structured apprenticeship program to develop foundational knowledge and practical skills in manufacturing engineering within a regulated production environment. Works under the guidance of experienced professionals to support manufacturing operations, process improvement, quality assurance, and technical problem-solving, while completing an accredited academic qualification. Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and gains hands-on experience in engineering principles, systems, and industry practices.

• Support the analysis and improvement of manufacturing processes, systems, and equipment to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Assist in identifying and resolving routine technical issues within a production environment.

Education & Work Requirements

• Eligibility and commitment to enrol in and complete a recognized Manufacturing Engineering apprenticeship program.
• Demonstrated interest in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• Basic understanding of mathematics and communication skills relevant to engineering studies.
• Ability to follow procedures, demonstrate attention to detail, and apply problem-solving skills.
