Job summary

Aldi Ireland is hiring an Operative to help keep our busy stores running smoothly. You’ll use a headset to receive instructions, pick products accurately, check paperwork and maintain safety in a fast-paced environment.

Opportunities exist in Ambient, Chiller and Freezer sections with shifts typically 7-8 hours. Training provided, nightshift premium and freezer premium apply, with 4 weeks paid leave and wellbeing discounts.

Qualifications

• Hardworking and ready for a physical, fast paced role.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when picking stock.

Responsibilities

• Select products accurately and at pace to meet picking targets.
• Follow instructions carefully and double-check paperwork for accuracy.
• Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently (training provided).
