Job summary

Donabate & Swords District CE Project is seeking a Maintenance Person for The Riasc Centre, Feltrim Hall, Swords. The role is an on-site, development-focused position with no prior experience required and accredited training to support your career progression.

Shifts are two full days per week, 10.5 hours and 10 hours per day, with days to be confirmed. Duties include room setup/takedown, furniture moves, cleaning, waste disposal, security checks, and liaison with the Centre Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with room set-up/takedown for Training Courses
• Assisting with room set-up/takedown for Youth Clubs
• Moving and general maintenance of furniture, etc.
• Preparation of rooms for rental groups
• Disposal of waste / Recycling of appropriate waste
• Security – opening up/locking up & alarming the building
• Liaise with the Centre Manager and Head Caretaker regarding issues around the building
• Litter control on the grounds
• General cleaning (Toilets, Kitchen, Meeting Rooms)
