Griffith College and Griffith Halls of Residence (GHR) operate a historic seven-acre campus located on South Circular Road, Dublin 8, supporting a vibrant community of students, residents, staff, and visitors. Facilities and GHR operations work together to deliver a safe, well‑maintained, welcoming, and hospitality‑focused environment throughout the academic year and during peak summer accommodation turnover.
The Facilities Department oversees the maintenance, presentation, safety, and operational readiness of more than 20 buildings, including academic and residential spaces. This includes planned and reactive maintenance, health & safety compliance, contractor coordination, utilities support, and the upkeep of shared areas. Our teams collaborate closely— including Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security, and administrative support — to ensure smooth campus operations and a high‑quality user experience.
The successful candidate will adopt a hands‑on approach in supporting the daily maintenance operations across Griffith College and Griffith Halls of Residence, ensuring the campus remains safe, well‑presented, and fully operational always.
