Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a cleaning operative to maintain high standards on client sites in Ireland. You will perform manual cleaning, operate cleaning equipment, and contribute to a positive client relationship across contracts.

The role requires good English skills, teamwork, and the ability to work independently when needed. This is an on-site position within a dynamic facilities management environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Cleaning Experience - must be able to do manual cleaning.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good English language skills, reading and spoken.
• Ability to work as a part of a team as well as on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standard of cleaning as directed by management.
• Use and care of cleaning equipment.
• Encourage good relations with all clients on contract site.
• Promptly deal with any queries or complaints.
• Perform any other reasonable duties allocated by management.
