Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across diverse areas. You will perform general cleaning tasks, restock supplies, and ensure equipment is used safely.

The ideal candidate will have the right to work in the EU, be reliable, detail-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team while communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties: sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, touch point sanitation, toilet cleaning, descaling, window cleaning.
• Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Empty and dispose of rubbish and recycling materials.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is used and maintained properly.
• Follow health and safety regulations including COSHH guidelines.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure areas are clean and presentable.
