Falcon Smart IT seeks an experienced Data Engineer to design and orchestrate end-to-end data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse. You will build scalable data frameworks, develop Spark pipelines, and implement ETL/ELT with SQL and Python.

Responsibilities include creating semantic models, generating BI reports, and owning deliverables end-to-end in a fast-paced, CI/CD-enabled environment. This is a 6-month contract from Ireland.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years experience as a Data Engineer.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Hands-on in SQL, Spark notebooks, and Python for ETL/ELT.

Aufgaben

• Design and orchestrate end-to-end data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric.
• Build scalable data frameworks with config-driven pipelines.
• Develop and maintain Spark notebooks and pipelines.
• Implement ETL/ELT processes using SQL, Spark, and Python.
• Create semantic models and generate BI reports.
• Own deliverables end-to-end with minimal supervision; CI/CD deployments.
