About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated Food and Beverage Assistants to join our dynamic team, specifically focused on supporting meetings and events. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of all food and beverage services for our valued guests.

Responsibilities
  • Provide courteous and efficient service to all guests
  • Accurately take, record, and promptly serve all food and beverage orders
  • Process guest checks and handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Proactively assist guests with basic needs and promptly escalate any compliments or complaints to the Supervisor
  • Support the team by ensuring all service areas, tables, and stations are fully stocked, spotless, and organised
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of the menu, including drinks, to confidently advise guests on selections
  • Assist the management team with event setup, clear-down, and room service duties as required
  • Adhere strictly to all hotel standards, health & safety, hygiene protocols, and licensing regulations regarding alcohol service
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage, but not essential—a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key
