Job summary

EY-Parthenon Strategy Ireland is seeking consultants to work with diverse clients on complex strategic challenges and growth initiatives.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to shape organisational strategy, enter new geographies, and map required capabilities while delivering commercial due diligence for M&A transactions.

Qualifications

• Ability to confidently handle ambiguity and break complex problems into their constituent parts.
• Demonstrable quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong verbal communications skills, including experience presenting to senior audiences.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Working with senior leaders at clients to help them develop their organisational strategy – including defining the organisation’s purpose, outlining its strategic objectives, identifying key customer segments, planning to enter new geographies, building new go-to-market approaches, mapping the capabilities required for success, and tracking performance
• Delivering commercial due diligence to support M&A transactions, on both the buy-side and the sell-side
• Conducting business development activities to win projects with potential clients
• Developing a community within the team by building initiatives, writing thought leadership, getting involved in recruitment, and supporting internal team activities

The opportunity

We are currently seeking applications at the Consultant level. This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse set of clients to solve their most difficult and important challenges. In EY-Parthenon Strategy, we work alongside our clients to help them prepare for the future. EY-Parthenon has a flat structure which will allow you to become actively involved in many levels of client work.

• Working with senior leaders at clients to help them develop their organisational strategy – including defining the organisation’s purpose, outlining its strategic objectives, identifying key customer segments, planning to enter new geographies, building new go-to-market approaches, mapping the capabilities required for success, and tracking performance
• Delivering commercial due diligence to support M&A transactions, on both the buy-side and the sell-side
