Our graduate programme in EY Strategy & Transactions: Transformative Strategy and Transactions focuses on advising clients on buying, selling, or merging companies to enhance growth and profitability. The team provides essential data, highlights risks, and guides clients through complex capital transactions. Our EY Strategy & Transactions Transformative Strategy and Transactions Programmes;

• Government & Infrastructure: Advising on economic feasibility, policy analysis, and financial and commercial strategy. We provide procurement advisory services for large-scale infrastructure projects and public-private partnerships.
• Lead Advisory: Offering strategic and financial advice throughout a business's lifecycle, including fundraising, disposals, acquisitions, and succession planning.
• Restructuring: Supporting underperforming clients in achieving strategic turnarounds and adapting to changing economic conditions.
• Transaction Support: Providing both financial and commercial due diligence for clients considering acquiring or selling all or part of a business.
• Valuations, Modelling, and Economics: Analysing businesses for growth opportunities and helping them gain a competitive edge.
• Strategy: Our corporate finance strategy services can help you to manage your risk/return trade-offs to support you with better decision-making around financing and capital efficiency
• Transaction Strategy and Execution: Support mergers and acquisitions transactions by understanding clients’ strategic goals and applying creative thinking to help achieve successful outcomes.
