Job summary

Aircoach in Dublin is seeking experienced coach drivers. You’ll operate around Dublin City, delivering safe, friendly journeys for holidaymakers and commuters. This full-time, permanent role includes mornings, evenings, overnights and weekends with fixed rest-day rosters.

Starting at €18.54 per hour, rising to €23.69 per hour after 12 months, with 39 hours per week across 4–5 days. Benefits include overtime pay, pension, leave and training support.

Qualifications

• Full clean PCV (D) licence required.
• Valid CPC card required.
• Fluent English; C2 level preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, overnight and weekends.
• Professional, patient and safety-focused approach.
• Minimum age 18.
• 6+ months' driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive coach services safely and professionally around Dublin City.
• Represent Aircoach to a high standard with customers.
• Meet a wide variety of people on daily journeys and holidays.
• Maintain punctuality, safety and courteous service on every trip.

What we're looking for:
