Qualifications

• Qualified Carpenter or time-served equivalent.

• Ability to read drawings.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, fit, and install timber and other materials to required tolerances.
• Carry out first-fix carpentry including structural framing, roofing, joists, partitions and formwork.
• Complete second-fix carpentry including doors, skirting, architraves, kitchens and finishing works.
• Coordinate with site teams and other trades to maintain programme schedules.
• Ensure works meet quality standards and building regulations.
• Maintain tools, materials and work areas in a safe, organised condition.
• Support renovation and upgrade works in occupied or live environments.
• Report issues affecting quality, safety or progress to management.
