Coimisiún na Meán is seeking an experienced L&D administrator to support the People Strategy, Athrú, across capability and leadership development. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality administrative and operational support to build employee capability and an effective L&D service.
You will work with the People & OD team and external vendors to support programme delivery, with a hands‑on approach to learning, technology, and data‑driven improvement.
Reporting to the L&D Lead, you will play a central role in bringing our People Strategy, Athrú, to life - particularly across capability, leadership and change.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role with real scope to shape how people learn and develop in Coimisiún na Meán. You will be central to delivering an effective and efficient L&D service by providing high-quality administrative and operational support that builds employee capability.
You will work closely with colleagues across the People & OD team and with an array of external vendors to support programme/service delivery.
We are looking for someone who is adaptable, efficient and passionate about delivering exceptional support to the learners in the workplace. What makes this role distinctive:
The POD team is made up of three sub‑teams: OD, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations. It includes a Director, three Assistant Directors, five Higher Executive Officers, four Executive Officers, and one Clerical Officer. The team sits within the Corporate Services Division alongside Governance, Finance & Procurement, Change & Business Improvement, International Affairs, & the Commission Secretariat.

Eligible Candidates must be:
(a) A citizen of the European Economic Area (EEA). The EEA consists of the Member States of the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway; or
(b) A citizen of the United Kingdom (UK); or
(c) A citizen of Switzerland pursuant to the agreement between the EU and Switzerland on the free movement of persons; or
(d) A non-EEA citizen who has a stamp 4 permission* or stamp 5 permission.
*Please note that a 50 TEU visa, which is a replacement for Stamp 4EUFAM after Brexit, is acceptable as a Stamp 4 equivalent.
To qualify candidates must meet one of the citizenship criteria above at the time of application.

The selection process will include:
