We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a group of senior leaders within a leading global technology company. This is a remote contract position based in Ireland for an 11-month maternity cover.

You will provide proactive administrative support to multiple executives, managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, expenses, and day-to-day coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is comfortable working autonomously across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel for several executives.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and events.
  • Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions.
  • Liaise effectively with stakeholders across teams and regions.
  • Support a rotating group of executives as part of an administrative coverage team.
About You
  • 4+ years’ experience supporting senior leaders (Director+ level).
  • Proven success managing complex scheduling and travel logistics.
  • Skilled in handling competing priorities with precision and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident working remotely with distributed teams.
  • Experience with Concur or similar expense management tools preferred.
