Job summary

City College Dublin seeks an Early Learning & Care Level 5 Tutor to deliver Level 5 and Level 6 SNA courses on site across multiple locations. This part-time role includes evening sessions from 7:00pm to 9:30pm, face-to-face teaching in classrooms, with classes in Leixlip, Co. Kildare and Cashel, Co.

Tipperary. Start date is late September 2026. Ideal candidates will hold relevant industry certification, demonstrate strong communication and IT skills, and have prior training experience.

Qualifications

• Subject matter/industry certification or qualification.
• Relevant industry experience for immediate teaching.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Excellent presentation and IT skills.
• Proactive approach to learner employability and progression.
• Previous experience delivering training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 5 and Level 6 SNA courses on site.
• Teach face-to-face in classrooms (evenings 7:00pm–9:30pm).
• Support learners and develop employability and progression.
• Assist in coordinating classes across Cashel and Leixlip.
