Job summary

Dawn Meats in Kildare town is seeking an evening cleaner to join the hygiene team. The role involves cleaning production areas after each day, handling power hoses and manual cleaning as required. Reporting to Cleaning Supervisor, the position is permanent with full-time hours.

Ideal candidates are reliable, able to work to deadlines, and capable of using PPE while complying with safety procedures. Evening shifts are Monday to Friday, 4pm to 12 midnight.

Qualifications

• Available to work evening shifts from Monday - Friday between 4pm - 12midnight.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of the production hall area.
• Operation of cleaning equipment in a safe manner at all times.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner using required personal protection equipment.
• Adhere to safety data sheets for chemicals and standard operating procedures.
• Update all Logbooks at end of each shift as required.
• Check stock level of chemicals regularly.
• Ensure schedule for the day is completed.
