Job summary

A leading cleaning services company in Galway is looking for a full-time evening Cleaning Operative to join their cleaning and facilities teams. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining safe and hygienic environments, ensuring cleanliness, and supporting a team dedicated to exceptional customer experiences. Ideal candidates should have strong organizational skills and a flexible approach to work. Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not essential.

Qualifications

• Enjoy working in a hands-on role.
• Have had cleaning experience in a similar role, although this is not essential.
• Have a flexible approach to working.

Responsibilities

• Working alongside cleaning teams to maintain safe and hygienic environments.
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas.
• Ensuring surface areas and touchpoints are sanitised regularly.
• Performing additional cleaning duties as required.
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste.
• Monitoring and re-stocking cleaning supplies.
