Kerry Group is seeking a creative and commercially minded Beverage Leader to join the Foodservice Europe RD&A team in Naas. You will lead a talented team of baristas and mixologists, driving beverage campaigns for world-leading coffee, QSR and foodservice customers from concept to menu launch.

This senior, customer-facing role blends beverage craft with science, trends and commercial opportunity, influencing innovation across Europe and bringing Kerry's beverage portfolio to life.

Qualifications

• Strong beverage development knowledge and leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop people.
• Strong understanding of coffee chains, foodservice, and QSR markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of experienced baristas and mixologists supporting customers across Europe.
• Drive high-quality beverage and menu development, combining technical expertise with exceptional beverage craftsmanship.
• Support the growth and expansion of the beverages brand through innovative, commercially relevant applications.
• Translate beverage trends, consumer insights and customer opportunities into compelling menu concepts.
• Lead beverage application projects from initial idea through to customer menu launch.
• Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders as a technical and creative partner.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Business Development to unlock new opportunities and support customer growth.
