Job summary

CEL Critical Power Ltd. is seeking a Senior ERP Specialist to maximise value from SAP Business ByDesign while preparing CEL for its next-generation ERP environment.

You will strengthen and optimise ByDesign across Ireland and the United States, support end users, improve processes, and drive reporting and data integrity. You will evaluate future ERP options, collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Projects and Engineering, and help plan and deliver ERP transformation

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience supporting, administering, implementing or optimising ERP systems in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience with modern ERP platforms and business-critical operational processes.
• Hands-on ERP configuration, workflows, master data management and process optimisation.
• Experience in ERP implementations, upgrades or migrations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, production planning, inventory and finance.

Responsibilities

• Own and support the ERP platform across Ireland and the United States.
• Provide functional support to Manufacturing, Planning, Warehouse, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance teams.
• Maintain and optimise ERP configuration, workflows, and organisational structures.
• Ensure master data accuracy and governance across materials, suppliers, customers, products and financial structures.
• Manage user access, security roles and authorisation controls across sites.
• Develop and maintain ERP reporting and analytics, including Power BI.
• Support integrations between ERP and other systems (PLM, CAD, M365, etc.).
• Deliver end-user training, create support documentation, and build super-user capability.
• Coordinate testing, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations and data quality projects.
• Contribute to CEL's future ERP strategy and systems roadmap.
