Responsibilities

  • Running daily reconciliation reports, unsigned notes, and acuity.
  • Greeting patients upon arrival.
  • Answering phones.
  • Organizing the center.
  • Communication with the families and staff on updates.
  • Supervise front desk staff which includes training and overseeing day to day activity.
  • Oversee day to day operations.
  • Handle billing conflicts.
  • General clerical work.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Give tours to prospective clients and therapists.
  • Sign off on time records in ADP.
  • Make deposits at TD Bank.
  • Plan a fire drill 2x a year.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Oxford Consulting Services is currently interviewing for a Full Time Office Manager to assist with general office management and help staff the front desk of an Outpatient Pediatric Center that provides services for children with Autism and developmental delays. Candidates must be available to work 40 hours per week in person.. Typical schedule is 9-5 or 10-6. Must be available to flex your time to cover the front desk if staff members are out, this is including weekends.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • · Excellent computer skills including, Microsoft word, excel and outlook
  • · Give tours to prospective clients and therapists
  • · Answer all questions for OT, PT, Speech therapists
  • · Sign off on time records in ADP and submit time sheets to temp agency
  • · Make deposits at TD Bank
  • · Plan a fire drill 2x a year
  • · Other duties as assigned
  • · May be eligible for paid sick leave.
