Job summary

English 1 is seeking entry-level educators in Ireland to start a career in international teaching. You will teach English to children aged 3–16 using our award-winning curriculum and digital tools, with full training and visa sponsorship provided.

We welcome graduates or near-graduates, career changers, and ESL-certified candidates. The role includes supportive onboarding, paid leave, and opportunities to engage in cultural activities as part of a dynamic international team.

Are you a recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree, or are you about to finish your degree and looking for an entry-level opportunity? What you'll do

• Teach English to young learners aged 3–16 in a fun, interactive, and immersive classroom setting.
• Deliver high-energy lessons using English 1’s award-winning curriculum and digital tools.
• Provide constructive feedback and help students build confidence in their English skills.
• Take part in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs.
