Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb invites students to join its Engineering Reliability Internship, with placements of six, nine or twelve months depending on your degree requirements. You will work within an engineering team and gain exposure to site equipment, maintenance projects, and a GMP environment.

You will participate in reliability initiatives, assist in asset management strategies, and collaborate across functions to deliver projects and improvements in a highly regulated biopharma setting.

Qualifications

• Study in Process Instrumentation and Automation, or Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering.
• Biopharma interest and healthcare innovation.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Familiarise with drawings and equipment documents.
• Participate in maintenance and reliability projects.
• Assist in developing site Asset Management strategy.
• Gain experience in a GMP environment.
• Support Reliability Excellence activities and projects.
• Assist in procedures, training manuals and work instructions.
• Assist KPI/metrics development for the Reliability team.
• Work in a collaborative, cross-functional workplace.
• Assist on a global CMMS upgrade project.
