Job description

Meet the Team

Imagine spaces that adapts dependent of the situation, virtual meetings that feels like being there, and teams working together on the platforms they choose. That’s the intelligent workplace we’re building: people, places, devices, and AI working together to make everyday work more productive and more human.

From Cisco’s Galway site, you’ll work with local product and engineering teams and colleagues around the world. The experiences you help shape can reach millions of users.

Your Impact

You’ll help turn that vision into experiences people use every day. You’ll learn from users and the teams who run their workplaces, set direction for a product area, and guide ideas from discovery to delivery. AI will be part of your craft and the products you shape: use it to uncover patterns and explore ideas, then apply your judgment to where it can genuinely improve people’s work.

In this role, you will

  • Learn from our customers through conversations, research, and usage data; find opportunities to improve collaboration, productivity, and wellbeing.
  • Turn those opportunities into product direction, priorities, requirements, and success measures for a defined product area.
  • Be a visible voice for the product, engaging with customers and partners through meetings, events, and webinars.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, and data teams to build new experiences that shape the workplace of tomorrow.
  • Build intelligent workplace experiences that help people work together, make better use of spaces, and feel more supported in their workday.
  • Use AI tools to synthesize feedback, explore concepts, and test assumptions; bring sound judgment to what the data suggest and how it is used.
  • Plan launches with go-to-market, marketing and customer-facing teams, then use feedback and product measures to keep improving the experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Development, Business, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience driving software or technology products from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to use customer insight and data to set priorities, make trade-offs, and move work forward with growing independence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with collaboration, video conferencing, SaaS, connected devices, or workplace technology.
  • Familiarity with agile product development, product analytics, customer discovery, experimentation, or AI-assisted product work in a global enterprise organization.
  • Curiosity about how workplace design and technology can improve productivity, collaboration, and wellbeing.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
