Coder is seeking an Engineering Manager for its Agentic Engineering team in Ireland. You will lead engineers, set technical direction across the agent harness, integrations, and workflows, and partner with Product and Design to turn capabilities into strong developer experiences.
You'll stay close to the code, evolve architectures for LLM-powered workflows, and mentor engineers while raising the technical bar.
