Qualifications

• 5-6 years' middle/senior management experience, including 3+ years at senior level.
• 5+ years' experience in Live Food Operations.
• Proven track record managing engineering functions in fast-paced production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering function and deliver against all KPIs.
• Drive Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Ensure facilities and equipment compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality and Group teams.
• Manage budgets and maximize EBIT.
• Build and develop a high performing engineering team.
