Our Engineering Graduate Programme in Waterford is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate who is ready to take the first step in their engineering career and join us in October 2026. You’ll build hands‑on experience across different areas of engineering while contributing to projects that support the manufacture of medicines and healthcare products for patients around the world. Over the course of the programme, you’ll complete three rotations across Process Engineering, Project Engineering and Validation, giving you broad exposure to how engineering supports a modern biopharmaceutical manufacturing site. You’ll also gain exposure to activities such as investigations, batch release support and trend reporting.
You’ll gain practical experience supporting a variety of engineering projects across the Waterford site. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you’ll learn how engineering projects are planned and delivered safely, effectively, on time and within budget.

Once you’ve submitted your application, our Early Careers Talent Recruitment team will review it against the programme requirements. If selected to progress, you’ll be invited to complete an online video interview, where you can tell us more about yourself, your motivation and your interest in the programme. Successful candidates will then progress to a conversation with a member of our recruitment team.
