Job summary

SLR Consulting Ltd. is seeking a Geologist/Engineering Geologist for our Dublin office to work across geoscience disciplines. The role includes mentoring junior staff, site work, and developing technical reports. CAD or GIS experience and a driving licence are advantageous.

Qualifications

• BSc Geology or related Earth Science degree.
• Experience with core logging and sampling helpful.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with CAD or GIS software advantageous.
• A full driving licence valid in Ireland/EU.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mineral resource drilling programmes and geological core logging.
• Plan ground investigations and prepare factual/interpretative reports.
• Conduct quarry inspections, sampling, and sample management.
• Generate and manage geological/geotechnical databases and reports.
• Prepare Geological Conceptual Site Models and project reports.
