• Deliver the required Safety, Environmental, Quality and Financial performance of the Engineering Department.
• Lead high performing cross-functional and/or matrix teams.
• Drive top-tier equipment reliability through the AbbVie Maintenance Excellence Program.
• Ensure qualification status of all equipment is maintained.
