Job summary

Tate, within the Kingspan Group, seeks an Engineering Centre-of-Excellence Lead to head a global CoE team in Dublin. You will ensure accuracy and consistency of our engineering library and platforms, drive improvements, and train engineers on proper system use while aligning with the global CoE strategy.

You will collaborate across management and CoE teams to advance CAD/DWG, BOM templates, documentation governance, and design automation tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of no less than 8 years in a design/engineering role in a similar environment.
• Excellent knowledge of leading projects and supervising project teams.
• In-depth understanding of process/systems management with engineering compliance and audits.

Responsibilities

• Co-own global engineering design standards, CAD/DWG & BOM templates, calculators and governance.
• Lead engineering systems integration and single-digital-thread strategy.
• Manage a local CoE team, set task allocation, track progress and milestones.
• Drive process maps, value streams, workflows and governance models.
• Audit engineers' compliance with approved systems and workflows.
• Develop dashboards and govern data points across systems.
