Job summary

Careconnectgroup is looking for a Disability Support Worker in Cork. This role involves providing person-centred support to individuals with disabilities, focusing on enhancing their quality of life and promoting independence. The position demands strong interpersonal skills and a minimum qualification of QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support.

You will support daily living activities, assist with community participation, and ensure adherence to HSE and HIQA standards. Candidates must possess empathy and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Knowledge of person‑centred planning and safeguarding practices.
• Garda Vetting clearance (mandatory).

Responsibilities
