A leading Dublin-based brokerage is expanding its Employee Benefits division and is now seeking a motivated Employee Benefits Executive to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-3 years' experience in group pensions or group risk administration who wants to deepen their expertise in a fast-growing, client-focused environment.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with group schemes, liaising with clients and insurers, and providing high-quality operational support. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of employee benefits solutions across a wide portfolio of corporate clients. Working closely with senior team members and account managers, you will manage day-to-day scheme administration, coordinate renewals, prepare documentation, and ensure a seamless service for clients and scheme members.
