Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager, EMEA Treasury Operations to own and govern treasury activities across the EMEA region. You will lead the In-House Bank, oversee liquidity planning, and drive regulatory compliance while partnering with Legal, Tax, and Accounting on strategic initiatives.

You will manage banking relationships, oversee FX exposure monitoring, and coordinate with AP/AR/IT/GL to embed treasury requirements in regional processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Treasury experience, including leadership in EMEA operations.
• Fluent in English; additional European language skills a plus.
• CTP preferred and highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional treasury strategy and governance across EMEA, defining standards for bank account management, cash positioning, liquidity structures, and forecasting.
• Serve as payment approval authority for EMEA, evaluating risk, internal controls, and exceptions.
• Manage and optimize the In-House Bank (IHB) structure and cash mobilization with regulatory compliance.
• Act as EMEA's subject-matter expert on treasury regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
• Own EMEA banking relationships end to end: structuring partnerships, negotiating terms, and resolving escalations.
• Support FX team in monitoring regional currency exposures.
• Set direction for cross-functional coordination with AP, AR, IT, and GL, ensuring treasury requirements are reflected in regional processes.
• Partner with Legal, Tax, and Accounting on entity structuring and regulatory changes.
• Drive operational transformation across EMEA workflows, ensuring TMS, BAM, and cash pooling infrastructure are well governed.
• Own treasury-related audit requirements and bank confirmations; interface with internal auditors on SOX testing.
• Represent EMEA treasury performance and risks to senior leadership, including Global Treasury and the Treasurer.
• Step in as regional backup for other Treasury teams in payments, cash reconciliation, FX settlements, and bank user administration.
