Job summary

Apple's Cork, Ireland corporate law group is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to lead Irish holding and operating entities, oversee governance frameworks, and advise on complex cross-border structures for the EMEA region.

You will partner with Finance, Government Affairs, and external counsel, manage entity lifecycle events, and apply AI-enabled workflows to compliance processes in a fast-paced global technology company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent law degree.
• 8+ years PQE in corporate law and governance, with Irish company law expertise.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

• Advise on Irish and international corporate law matters.
• Draft and maintain board-level governance frameworks and coordinate director briefings.
• Oversee company secretarial compliance, meetings, resolutions, filings and registers.
• Advise on corporate structures, governance, and regulatory obligations.
• Manage external counsel and service providers for cost-effective support.
• Leverage AI and tech to drive efficiency in legal workflows and compliance.
