Job summary

Google is seeking an EMEA LCS International Growth Consultant for the Retail Vertical in Dublin, Ireland. You will consult with clients to grow international business, develop data-driven strategies, and drive transformation across regions and product lines.

You will partner with account leadership to accelerate sales velocity, tailor go-to-market plans, and manage end-to-end pitches from discovery through executive delivery, influencing C-level decisions with insightful analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience gathering technical and financial data to promote products, services, and solutions.
• 6 years of experience analyzing industry, market, and organizational data to develop business strategies.
• 5 years of experience using the sales life-cycle to drive business.
• 4 years of experience working in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Consult Google’s customers on growing their international business by understanding objectives, building data-driven recommendations, and shaping expansion strategies.
• Partner at Account Team and Management level to drive operational expertise and accelerate sales velocity with the sales teams, taking personal responsibility for the delivery of transformational client initiatives.
• Develop tailored go-to-market strategies accounting for local consumer and competitor trends, and manage the full pitch life-cycle from discovery to C-level delivery and integration into customer workflows; influence C-level stakeholders to make transformational decisions for their businesses.
• Act as a vertical international growth expert and thought leader, sharing best practices and managing internal expert relationships; contribute to the creation of thought leadership and participate in customer events.
• Work with Google Business Services teams to diagnose and overcome operational hurdles such as payments, customer experience, logistics, and localization.
