Job summary
Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes division is recruiting a Technology Manager, EMEA Contracting to shape contracting technology capabilities across the region. You will own the product vision, coordinate with Commercial, Legal, Finance, and IT teams, and drive scalable, compliant contracting processes with emphasis on tender management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 6–8 years of progressive experience in technology product management or similar roles.
- Experience with enterprise commercial systems (contracting, pricing, CRM, ERP) and Agile delivery tools.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for EMEA contracting technology solutions.
- Translate business and legal requirements into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Commercial, Pricing, and Tender Management to support lifecycle processes.
- Ensure end-to-end contract lifecycle solutions meet business needs and policy standards.
- Lead Agile delivery with sprint planning and reviews, delivering high-quality releases.
- Apply AI, advanced analytics, and automation to modernize platforms.
- Ensure data integrity and system integration across contracting and related platforms.
- Manage dependencies and risks across regional and global initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement and measurable outcomes.
- Champion Credo and Leadership Imperatives across teams.
