About the Role:

We’re looking for an experiencedEmail Marketing Managerto take ownership of day-to-day campaign delivery for a range of eCommerce clients. You’ll manage everything from campaign planning and briefing to build, QA, scheduling, and post-send analysis.

In this role, you’ll work closely with designers, copywriters, and strategists to bring campaigns to lifeand you’ll be the one ensuring they’re delivered accurately, on time, and with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinateweekly email and SMS campaignsacross multiple DTC brands.
  • Build, test, and schedule campaigns inKlaviyo(or similar ESPs), including segmentation, dynamic content, and QA checks.
  • Work with creative teams to refine messaging, visuals, and promotional angles.
  • Review campaign performanceand provide clear insights, recommendations, and optimisation ideas.
  • Communicate with clientsabout timelines, approvals, deliverables, and results.
  • Maintain campaign calendarsand internal workflow trackers to keep projects on schedule.
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, send times, creative, and content variations to continually improve performance.
  • Ensure all activity complies with brand guidelines, deliverability best practices, and GDPR/CAN-SPAM requirements.
  • Support automation (flow) setup, testing, and updates where needed.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing, ideally within an agency or eCommerce environment.
  • Strong working knowledge ofKlaviyo,Mailchimp, or comparable ESPs.
  • Proven ability tomanage multiple projectsor brands at once.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • High attention to detail, i.e.you catch errors before they reach the client.
  • Comfortable interpreting performance metrics and explaining what worked (and why).
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-moving team.
  • Bonus: Experience withShopify,Google Analytics, andreporting dashboards.
