Job summary

Moog Ireland is seeking a Technician, Test to support PCB production activities on site in Carrigaline. The role requires setting up and testing Moog products, using diverse test equipment, and performing robust debugging across analog, digital, and power electronics.

Two years of relevant experience in an ISO9001 environment is preferred, with additional advantage for Lean, IPC 7711/7721, and IPC-A-610 certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum Level 6 qualification in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• At least two years of experience, preferably in ISO9001 or equivalent regulated environment.
• Lean experience is an advantage.
• IPC 7711/7721 and IPC-A-610 certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Set up and test Moog products using schematics, drawings and procedures.
• Utilize a range of test equipment for testing and troubleshooting.
• Test and debug electronic PCB assemblies and systems, from analog to FPGA/microprocessors.
• Perform failure analysis for production and returned assemblies and provide feedback for process improvements.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to troubleshoot issues and develop solutions.
