Job summary

CPL in Dublin 15 is recruiting Electricians for a leading manufacturing environment. You will join a team assembling and wiring LV switchgear, distribution boards, MCCs, and control panels on-site in Damastown or Blanchardstown.

Role involves reading electrical drawings, wiring and testing, FAT support, and ensuring health and safety compliance. Overtime is available during peak production periods, offering a stable, long-term opportunity to grow in a specialist electrical manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Electrician (Level 6 or equivalent) required.
• Experience in electrical installation, industrial wiring or panel building preferred.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings/schematics.
• Sound knowledge of LV electrical systems and hands-on wiring experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and ability to work to deadlines.
• Overtime flexibility during peak production periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire LV switchgear, distribution boards, MCCs, and control panels.
• Install breakers, contactors, relays, meters and protection units.
• Carry out wiring, cable termination, trunking, and containment work.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Perform basic electrical testing and FAT support.
• Complete job documentation and report issues/non-conformances.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in production.
• Adhere to health & safety procedures and factory processes.

Monday - Thursday 07:30 to 16:00, Friday 07:00 to 15:30.

We are currently recruiting for a number of qualified Electricians for our client based in Dublin 15. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading manufacturing environment, working on the assembly and wiring of electrical switchgear, distribution boards, MCCs, and control panels.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire LV switchgear, distribution boards, MCCs, and control panels.
• Install electrical components including breakers, contactors, relays, meters, and protection units.
• Carry out wiring, cable termination, trunking, and containment work.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Perform basic electrical testing, continuity checks, and assist with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
• Complete job documentation and report any issues or non-conformances.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.
• Adhere to all health & safety procedures, electrical standards, and factory processes.

Requirements
