Job Description

Allied Fire Protection Ltd are looking for 2 Electricians to join their team in Bantry, Co. Cork. P75 A782. This is a full‑time, permanent position. 40 hrs/wk, €40,000/annum.

• Provide excellent customer service and customer support during installation process
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent Allied Fire in a professional & trusted manner ensuring company vehicle, uniform and paperwork promote professionalism
• Carry out installations compliant with relevant standards
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine solutions
• Carry out preventative maintenance & make recommendations based on age of systems & equipment
• Produce timely and detailed work reports
• Cooperate with technical and field service teams and share information across the company
• Understand and anticipate customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer request, satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product improvements
• Follow all company’s Standard Operating Procedures and safe working practices
• Advise and report on change requests for documented processes
