Job summary

CPL Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer with powerplant background to support the LTE Project in the installation, testing and commissioning of electrical works. This fixed-term role is 1 year, with a possibility of extension or LTD company arrangement, starting January 2027.

You will deliver site execution safely, on schedule and within budget, coordinating with contractors and consultants, reviewing designs, witnessing tests, and ensuring compliance with project

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical design and specifications for powerplant projects.
• Ability to review designs and provide qualified assessments to asset engineers.
• Hands-on witness testing and site supervision of contractor works.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with preparation, review and submission of electrical design and specifications.
• Assess electrical designs, studies and reports with the Asset Electrical Engineer.
• Witness testing of equipment and monitor contractor's installation and progress meetings.
