We are searching for the best talents for the 4 years Electrical & Instrumentation Apprentice roles to be in Cork, Ireland.
The apprenticeships will provide the opportunity for the suitable candidate to become fully qualified in the relevant discipline through a mixture of on‑site work experience and off‑site block release with SOLAS (previously FAS) through their Standards Based Apprenticeship Programme. The apprentices will be trained on a broad range of equipment and systems as used in a pharmaceutical production facility.
The Maintenance E&I Apprentice will develop the knowledge, skills and experience required to become a qualified Electrical and Instrumentation Technician within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The apprentice will work alongside experienced maintenance personnel, gaining practical hands‑on experience in the maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting and repair of site equipment and utilities while completing the formal educational requirements of the apprenticeship programme.
The role provides exposure to a wide range of electrical, instrumentation, automation and reliability activities within a highly regulated GMP environment.
Apprentices will be invited to attend their off‑the‑training phases in accordance with the SOLAS scheduling system.
