Over the longer term, you will have the opportunity to build trusted relationships with clients and project stakeholders, contribute to winning and growing work in existing and new markets, support the successful delivery of complex environmental assessment projects, develop a strong professional reputation in environmental assessment, contribute to a high-performing, collaborative and technically respected team, and maintain and extend your professional knowledge through continuous professional development.

Commercial awareness is also important, including experience or understanding of scope development, budgeting, forecasting and cost control, as well as the ability to manage project risks, programmes, interfaces and deliverables across multi-disciplinary teams.

The successful candidate will have experience overseeing, guiding or managing junior team members and sub-consultants, together with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate, guide and support others. They will demonstrate excellent organisational, coordination, verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work effectively as part of multi-disciplinary project teams.
