Job Description
The Education Administrator, reporting to the Programme Lead(s), has responsibility for providing a professional and comprehensive administrative service associated with the admission and recruitment of students for a range of education programmes. This hybrid role is full‑time (3 days per week on‑site in Sandyford).
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day‑to‑day admissions and administration processes for programmes
- Provision of educational guidance and advice to prospective students
- Ensuring that all applications are entered and updated accordingly on the student information system and that student files are maintained
- Ensuring all relevant admissions emails/phone calls regarding enquiries and applications from students are dealt with efficiently and effectively
- Answer queries and provide information on the telephone, following up on phone calls by sending out the relevant information/literature
- Follow up on all admission statuses of offers and leads for each recruitment area by phone, email or any other communication tool deemed appropriate
- Issuing all letters, offers and other relevant documentation to eligible applicants
- Liaising with all applicants, partner colleges or agents regarding status of student applications on a daily basis
- Attending open events/exhibitions/fairs/schools representing Innopharma as part of the student recruitment process
- Attendance at course registrations/information sessions
- Management of a customer service ethos throughout the recruitment and admissions process of these programmes
- Organisation and provision of a comprehensive and streamlined information service, and management and development of relationships with all targeted and potential applicants
- Assisting in the production /proof reading of marketing materials for relevant programmes within the recruitment area
- Website checks to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date content
- Any other tasks delegated by Management

- Good IT knowledge with proficiency in Word and Excel, plus the ability to train on IT systems

- Ability to deal with high volumes at key periods
- Previous experience of working in an educational institution would be beneficial for this position
