Tigers Childcare in Naas, Co. Kildare, is seeking a part-time Early Years practitioner (16 hours) on a permanent contract. The role offers a competitive hourly rate €16.00–€17.14 depending on qualifications and experience, with 30 paid holidays and a values-led, supportive team culture.

Deliver high-quality care, lead your room, and ensure curriculum planning aligns with Aistear and Siolta while maintaining compliance and quality standards. Garda vetting and references are required.

Formación

• Fetac Level 5 in Early Childhood Care and Education.
• Experience in a childcare role (preferred).
• Passion for working with children, reliability, empathy, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, full-time early years care and education, leading your room and team to support children’s holistic development.
• Ensure curriculum planning and learning experiences align with Aistear and Siolta, maintaining compliance and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to your team, helping them support children’s development and wellbeing.
• Contribute to a culture of professionalism, inclusion, safety, and care within your room and across the centre.
