Job summary

Tigers Childcare in Glasnevin is seeking an Early Years Educator to provide AIM support for a 15-hour term-time role. You will lead your room, support staff, and deliver high-quality early years care and education to align with our values.

The role offers a part-time schedule with hourly pay in the €16–€17.14 range, along with benefits such as CPD opportunities, EAP, and staff discounts. Garda vetting and references apply.

Qualifications

• Fetac Level 5 (or recognised equivalent) in Early Childhood Care and Education.
• Experience in a childcare role (preferred).
• Passion for working with children, reliability, empathy, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead your room and team to support children's holistic development.
• Plan curriculum and learning experiences aligned with Aistear and Siolta, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to your team, promoting professionalism and care across the centre.
• Contribute to a culture of inclusion, safety and high standards within your room and across the centre.
