Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an E&I Lead to deliver electrical and instrumentation installation activities onsite for a major pharma retrofit. You will report to the Senior Project Manager and ensure schedule, quality, safety and GMP/ GEP compliance in a controlled environment.

Must have 10+ years in pharma construction, with proven management of EPCM partners and a strong technical/quality background. Client-side representation and interfacing with CQV/validation are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering and GMP experience.
• Minimum 10 years’ pharma project management experience.
• Experience managing E&I on large projects including demolition, cleanrooms, HVAC, MEP, process equipment.
• Client-side experience as client representative is a major benefit.

Responsibilities

• Act as E&I Client Representative on site for delivery and execution.
• Ensure delivery of Electrical & Instrumentation scopes.
• Coordinate interfaces between design, construction, CQV and operations.
• Provide clear structured reporting on progress, risks and issues (schedule, quality, HSE).
• Drive risk management and maintain risk registers.
• Manage turnover activities and handover to CQV and Operations.
